In the year 2005 construction of residential building in Komarapalayam was started by Er. J. Nagaraj in the name of Mayan Infrastructures and developed more than 6000 sft.
Within 12 years around 2,00,000 sft was developed through various projects with the average turnover of One crore in the last three years, a phenomenal growth fuelled by the dynamic leadership of its founder Er. J. Nagaraj, Mayan Infrastructures has fast grown into an entity renowned for its Quality and Consistency in residential projects around the City of Destiny.

He is a young Consulting Civil Engineer. He has completed his Master Degree in Structural Engineering from Anna University, Chennai.
He has completed his Diploma in Vasthu Science and a Degree in Astrology from AARA.
He is recipient of the award “Jothida Arasu” from “Navagraha Astrology Research Association” and “Jothida Kalanithi” from “Annai Astrological Research Academy”
